Warranty Coverage Self Administration

The main and largest problem with Third Party Automobile and Home Warranties is finding out there is small print used to deny coverage or the is a limited number of times you can call for help.  In both instants or other reasons for no coverage, you have to self cover while asking yourself, why did I pay all that money?  Sure, it can be a god sent if coverage is provided, and maybe even save you money. However, there is another option. 

Most warranty companies, use the insurance company model. Simple put, if there are a “LOT” of folks paying for the product, the warranty company makes money because a much “smaller” number of folks need repairs. So when a major repair for $1000s of dollars may be needed, how many will need that kinda of repair. Add to that the fine print. Let see how you maintained or was it really wear and tear?  Along with a host of other possible reasons to coverage can be denied.
